$0.10 per record. 100 unit minimum.

What is Smart Pricing Service?
Smart Pricing Service is our pricing service for SFR (Single Family Residence) lists.
We’ll pull property values from up to 6 sites: Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, Xome.com, Realtor.com, or RealtyTrac for all homes on your list.Â
This is the same process we use and that is covered in the House Academy 1.0:Â SFRs Education Program (Chapter 6)
Cost & Addons:
- The order minimum is 100 records  (Regardless of the number of offers you send, it’s the same price).
- A 3.5% credit card processing fee is applied to all orders at checkout.
Turnaround time:
- Will vary based on the number of records and current order flow.
- Typically we can return your priced list within 3-5 business days.
- Our team will notify you if your order will not be returned within the regular time frame.
