- When providing files: PDF submissions skip the approval process. You only approve your proofs when we complete the Mail Merge.
- Member Discounts are for Land & House Academy Members. If you think your Member Discount is incorrect, please reach out to us at support@Offers2Owners.com.
- The delivery time frame for Standard Postage is 7-14 business days. (No weekend delivery)
- The delivery timeframe for First Class Postage is 1-5 Business Days. (Saturday delivery)
- Scheduled Mailings must be scheduled at least 3 business days in advance.
- Refunds are not guaranteed and offered only to orders within the same year based on approval.
If you do not provide a letter template, we will use the last approved template from a previous order.
Please review your entire PDF/Files, once approved, and printed we cannot guarantee a refund.
To cancel an order that has been printed you will incur a shredding fee of $0.05 per letter.
