Hello! Everything is perfect EXCEPT one big thing – the landowners need to be addressed by their first names NOT their last names! This whole list has to be remerged yet again with landowners being addressed by their first names – i.e. John Smith needs to be addressed as “Dear John” NOT “Dear Smith.” Furthermore, if it’s two landowners for the same letter, like, for example, “John Smith & Linda Smith,” I need it to be addressed to them by both of their first names – i.e. “Dear John & Linda” Please take care of this ASAP. Thank you!
The APN number is supposed to be bolded on the Purchase Agreement. The bolded phone number within the cover letter is supposed to be bolded and italicized. The period is supposed to come before end quote on “Purchase Agreement” in the first sentence and first paragraph. Overall, I sent the cover letter and purchase agreement exactly as I want it done, but it’s not exact. We discussed the changes and the document I sent has everything I need done exactly with the exception of the period before the end quote. Please call me to clarify and finalize this @ 443-340-3610.
