How long does it take for my order to print?

In most cases, we print same-day.  We process your order as quickly as possible.  If you upload a ready-to-go pdf, with no errors, it will immediately be printed.  If you send in documents to be merged, we merge those documents and email you a link to view your proof.  We print as soon as we receive your approval.

How long does my mail take to arrive?

Your mailers are mailed via Standard Mail.  It is hard to predict when the letter will arrive because Standard mail is processed on a lower priority basis than First-Class mail.  We’ve seen letters delivered in as little as 2 days and letters delivered in more than 14 business days.  Generally speaking, national mail is typically delivered in the period somewhere between seven days and three weeks.

USPS Service disruptions can also cause your mail to be delayed.  Natural disasters (like recent fires or hurricanes) can cause major delays. You can check the status of USPS Service disruptions HERE.

How is my data secured?

We take data security extremely seriously.  Your data is 100% secure and protected via our network.  We use the highest grade of encryption (SHA-256) to protect client data across SSL (secure socket layer) protocols.  That is why you see the green padlock on the URL in your address bar.

That padlock signifies that any sensitive data you transmit to us online is protected, safe, and secure from hackers and SQL injectors, for example.  And as always, we would never, ever, ever sell your information to third parties.  Please see our Privacy Policy by clicking on the link at the bottom of the page where it says Privacy Policy for more information.
